How does it all fit together?
US Aviation was established in 2002 in Denton, Texas. Our centralized facility is easily reached from locations
throughout the world. We are only 30 minutes north of DFW yet boast a non-congested, tower-controlled field. US
Aviation addresses many aspects of the aviation industry including flight training, aircraft maintenance, avionics
installation, avionics repair and aircraft sales. The company is devided into several different departments, and
for marketing purposes, may be advertised under their respective names:
US Aviation Group, LLC - US Aviation for short, and sometimes abbreviated
USAG. This is the legal name of the company.
US Flight Academy - Sometimes simply called "the Academy" or
"the Flight School", and may be abbreviated as USFA.All training operations are handled by this department of
US Aviation, whether that flight training is for a new
Sport Pilot or a future airline captain.
US Aircraft Maintenance - Sometimes abbreviated USAM;
these are the guys who keep us all flying safely. We employ only well qualified and very experienced service
technicians. No corners are cut so you can expect nothing but the very best when your aircraft are serviced
here. Whether you rent, are a club member, or own your aircraft, you cannot afford to have anything short of
the very best. That is what USAM has to offer.
US Avionics - Are you ready to transition to full glass?
Need a radio adjusted? It doesn't matter if your project is big or small, our avionics technicians will have
you ready in no time. Just like our maintenance department, here we only employ the best so you can rest assured
that you will be more than happy with your new gadgets!
US Aircraft Sales - Sometimes referred to as Aircraft Sales, or simply "Sales".
In the Sales department we do the obvious: sell airplanes. But beyond that, we like to find creative solutions to
the many obstacles that prevent so many pilots from flying on a regular basis. So regardless of whether you want to
rent, buy, sell, join a club, or form a partnership, we are happy to help. No denying that we are in it for the money,
but beyond that we are
very passionate about making sure that
all who want to fly can find a way to do so.
US Aeroplex - www.USAeroplex.com is a website address (currently inactive) that we have used to market various
aspects of our aircraft sales department.
US Sport Planes - Sport Planes are one of the newest and most exciting developments in
general aviation. As a branch of US Aviation Group, US Sport Planes is one of the largest Sport Plane dealerships and
Sport Pilot training centers in the country.
US Aviators - The newest branch of US Aviation is a low-cost, low-commitment
non-equity flying club. For only $99/month, you will have access to an exclusive fleet of aircraft reserved
for club members. Many of the restrictions imposed on "renters" will be a thing of the past. No minimum
charge for over-night trips. Easily schedule your aircraft with our on-line system. No cap on flight time.
The flying club is intended for the average "active" pilot who flies between 50 and 75 hours per year. If you
are even more "active" than that, perhaps purchasing an equity share of one of our
partnership planes would make more sense.
