Owning an airplane can be overwhelmingly expensive. Few people have a need for exclusive use of an aircraft. The answer is in partnerships. Partnerships are very common and help thousands of pilots enjoy the privileges of ownership with only a fraction of the cost.

Generally, partnerships are appropriate for those who fly more than 75 hours per year and/or need to be away from the home airport for extended periods of time. For example, in a 4-person partnership, each owner could have the plane away from home for a full week each month. For those who fly 75 hours per year or less, and only take the occasional out-of-town flight, our flying club may be more cost effective.
